The entire universe is fully loaded with god’s countless blessings and favors.
If anyone will ever stop to only count his/her own blessings or favors; in fact, he/she can never reckon them. – holy qur’an chpt. 14 verse 34 and chpt. 31 verse 20.
In this material earthling life, there are several ways that anyone can, at will follow and get many more devine blessings and favors.
Some of these ways are very smooth and silent. Some are very rough. And, some are quite hard and uneasy. But, of all these ways, the blessings and favors of this very material earthling life are often very short and temporary.
For, the most and the highest blessings and favors that anyone can ever get are, particularly and endlessly those of the hereafter.
So, if you are in real quest for god’s kingdom or the hereafter, then the 10 ways to get the most blessings are:
1. WORSHIP, FASTS, AND PRAYER
Worship; fasts, and prayer are three different acts that showers the sincere observers with the very most of divine blessings and favors. God almighty clearly has it in the scripture, saying:
“O you who believe! Bow down and prostrate yourselves, and worship your lord, and do good that haply you may prosper; …[ for ] he/she is successful who grows and remembers the name of his/her lord and worships [ him ]; … did i not charge you, o you children of Adam, that you worship not the devil. Look! He is your open enemy. But, that you worship me. That was the straight path; … i created the jinn and humankind only for them to worship me. I seek no livelihood from them, nor do i ask that they should feed me;…o you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, … and that you fast is better for you , if only you know; … if my servants question you concerning me, then surely i am near. I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he/she calls on me, … [ so, ] pray unto me. I will hear your prayer. Look ! Those who ignore my worship, they will enter hell, disgraced ”. – holy qur’an chpt. 22 verse 77; chpt. 87 verses 14, 15; chpt. 36 verses 60, 61; chpt.51 verses 56, 57; chpt. 2 verses 183, 184, 186; and chpt. 40 verse 60.
2. STUDY AND LISTEN TO HOLY SCRIPTURE
There is a very great difference between learning; reading; teaching; memorizing; reciting; studying; and or listening to the holy scripture.
In short, each and everyone of these acts has its own blessings and rewards. But, to get the most blessings; holy scripture did say:
“Those who study the scripture of allah [ god almighty ] and establish worship, … they look forward to imperishable gain; … [ so, ] be you faithful servants of the lord by virtue of your constant reading of the scripture; and of your constant study thereof; … and when the qur’an is recited, give ear to it and per heed; [ so ] that you may obtain mercy. And, do remember your lord [ deep ] within yourself humbly, and with awe below your breath; … [ god almighty clearly has it, saying: ] whoso follows my guidance, he/she will not go astray or come to grieve. But, he/she who turns away from remembrance of me, his/hers will be a narrow life. And, i will bring him/her blind to the assembly on the day of resurrection ”. – holy qur’an chpt. 35 verse 29; chpt. 3 verse 79; chpt. 7 verses 204, 205; and chpt. 20 verses 123, 124. [ chpt. 2 verses 38, 39 ].
3. GIVE LOANS TO GOD ALMIGHTY
A loan to god almighty is such that is given with neither interests nor thoughts of any gain.
In other words; it is to do or to show favor without seeking any sort or form of worldly material gain[s]. – holy qur’an chpt. 74 verse 6.
Well, giving loans to almighty god involves all sorts of sincere helps and concerns and cares for the needy and for orphans and widows, and or even for animals and for other lower creatures. – see holy qur’an chpt. 90 verses 12 to 17, chpt. 107 verses 1 to 7, chpt. 6 verse 38; as well as bible book of james chpt.1 verse 27.
Again, sincerely giving out tithes [ zakat ]; alms [ sadaqqat ] , and or even a sincere sacrifice of one’s time or position are also some of the best examples of giving loans to god almighty.
Remember the poor widow’s offering of bible book of mark chpt. 12 verses 41 to 44 [ also luke chpt. 21 verses 1 to 4].
Remember the good samaritan of bible book of luke chpt. 10 verses 25 to 37.
And, remember jesus’ story about a poor manager, and how the manager sincerely used his devastated position to buy real favors and blessings for himself. – bible book of luke chpt. 16 verses 1 to 9.
Anyway, in the advent of christ jesus [ a.s ], a man reportedly asked him:
“What shall i do to enter the kingdom of god ?… Jesus answered him: go! Sell whatever you have, and give [ the money ] to the poor…”. – bible book of mark chpt. 10 verses 17 to 25 and matthew chpt. 19 verses 16 to 24.
In short, holy scripture did ask, saying:
“Who is he/she that will lend to allah [ god almighty ] a goodly loan? … look! Those who give alms, both men and women, and lend to allah a goodly loan, it will be doubled for them and theirs will be a rich reward; … if you lend to allah a goodly loan, he will double it for you and will forgive you; … so, give to the relative his/her due; and [ give ] to the needy, and to the wayfarer. That is best for those who seek allah’s countenance. And, such are they who are successful. [ because, all ] that you give in usury in order that it may increase on [ other ] people’s property, has no increase with allah. But, that which you give in charity… has multiple increase.” – holy qur’an chpt. 57 verses 11, 18; chpt.64 verse 17; and chpt. 30 verses 38, 39.
4. PRACTICE FORGIVENESS, KINDNESS AND MERCY
Forgiveness; kindness, and mercy are so great and noble qualities. They often drop as gentle rain and favors and blesses him/her that offers them, as well as him/ her that receives them.
In the advent of christ jesus [ a. S ], peter reportedly asked him, saying:
“…How many times shall my brother offend me and i forgive him? Is it seven times? Jesus answered him: … until seventy times seven times “. – bible book of Matthew chpt. 18 verses 21 and 22.
Again, the glorious qur’an, in turn did have it, saying:
“Keep to forgiveness and encourage kindness; … [ for ] the good deed and evil deed are not alike. Repel the evil deed with one which is better. Then look, he/she between whom and you there was enmity [ will become ] as though he/she was a bosom friend ”. – holy chpt. 7 verse 199; chpt. 41 verse 35 [ chpt.42 verses 40, 43 and chpt 23 verse 96. See also bible book of matthew chapter 5 verses 43 and 44 ].
5. BE ENDURING, PEACE-LOVING
Endurance and peace-loving are also a part of the ways to get the most blessing. The glorious qur’an in chpt. 103 verses 2, 3; chpt. 2 verse 153; and chpt. 3 verse 200 clearly confirms this, saying:
“Look! Humanity is in a real state of loss. Except those who believe and do good works; and encourage one another to truth, and encourage one another to endurance; … look! Allah is with the patient; … o you who believe! Outdo all others in endurance … in order that you may succeed “ .
As for peace-loving; it is pin-pointed as one of the out-standing marks of god’s faithful believing servants. As holy qur’an chpt. 25 verse 63 puts it:
“The [ faithful ] servants of the beneficent are they who … when the foolish ones address them, answer : peace “. See more details in holy qur’an chpt. 28 verse 55.
6. BE NEITHER PROUD N
OR DISCRIMINATE NOR HATE NOR MAKE A MOCKERY OF ANYONE
Pride; mockery; hatred; tribal; racial; ethnic; political or religious discriminations. All these are negative blows to real tastes and attainments of the most blessings favors.
Glorious qur’an in chapter 2 verse 34 reported of how pride led iblis to curses and failures in the time of god’s creation.
Again, korah of old was reportedly swallowed up by the earth as a result of his pride. – holy qur’an chpt. 28 verses 76 to 82.
Another scriptural lesson out there is prophet luqman, when he advised his son never to make any mockery of people. – holy qur’an chpt. 31 verses 18, 19.
Concerning hatred/discrimination, the glorious qur’an plainly and specifically informed humanity, saying :
“He [ god almighty ] created you of dust, and behold you human beings ranging widely,… and of his signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the differences of your languages and colors; … o mankind! We created you male and female, and have made you into nations and tribes that you may know one another. Look! The noblest of you, in the sight of allah, is the best in piety ”. – holy qur’an chpt. 30 verses 20, 22; and chpt. 49 verse 13.
